The Association is non-commercial and is independent of any other organisation. Administration is kept as simple as possible, the Association having two honorary officers - a chairman and secretary.
Association activities include an Annual Owners' Dinner in November and an Annual Fitting Out Dinner in March.
Rallies and other informal gatherings are co-ordinated by a number of Regional representatives.
A Newsletter is published annually for members in March/April and members are encouraged to submit contributions on any aspect of sailing with Vancouvers, including technical notes as well as their voyage and cruising experiences. The Newsletter Archive can be accessed from the Members' Pages
There is an annual Association Membership Subscription of £15 per boat (or member without boat) to cover administrative costs and to support the development, maintenance and hosting of this website.
