The story of the Vancouvers in Europe started in a small shed in a disused quarry near Newhaven, Sussex in 1974. Below is an archive of magazine articles, brochures, specification sheets and photographs. This is an ongoing archive and is dependant upon member contributions to add to the story. Please feel free to send relevant items of interest to the webmaster for inclusion.
The European Vancouvers are by no means the only Vancouvers. A number of yachts were produced in America and Taiwan, an examples of which can be see below with the Vancouver 25, the smallest of the range, and the Vancouver 36 (Harris version). There are larger Vancouvers as well including the Vancouver 42 and the Vancouver 65, also built in Taiwan.
